Advanced Improvisation session will focus on developing the improviser's harmonic language and solid structural framework for "spontaneous composition." Rondo, Song Form, Sonata Allegro, Versets, etc. will be explored for use in liturgical settings. The classes will use Jeffrey Brillhart's improvisation textbook, "Breaking Free" (available on Amazon.com) and a draft copy of his second textbook, "A World of Possibilities: Master Lessons in Improvisation." (Copies of that book will be provided).

The participation fee is $40 for the semester (four sessions), or $15 per session (at the door), payable to the Philadelphia Chapter. The number of active participants will be limited. The number of auditors is unlimited. The registration through our homepage will be open beginning June 1st. During the summer months I will reach out to the participants with more details.

Please contact Sandor Kadar with any questions or concerns regarding these classes - sandor.kadar82@gmail.com or 609-540-6548.
